Cipriani Middle East and Europe is seeking a kitchen staff member to prepare food items according to recipes and production requirements in a busy kitchen in Dubai. The role includes assisting with stocks, sauces, meats, vegetables, and fruits, while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

You will operate kitchen equipment safely and support senior chefs during service periods, ensuring consistent quality and hygienic work areas in line with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience following SOPs and food safety standards.
• Ability to prepare stocks, sauces, meats, vegetables, and fruits.
