Job summary

AMS International UAE is seeking a data analytics professional to drive pipeline performance across Market Units and demand sources.

You will build and maintain reports, deliver data-driven insights to the Regional Demand Manager, and support monthly reviews and strategic initiatives. Strong Excel, data analysis and English communication skills are essential, with experience in Power BI and SAP reporting tools considered a strong plus.

• Ensure accuracy of recurring reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with Market Units, Demand Managers and PMOs to identify growth opportunities.

Length of Contract: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse pipeline creation, health, movement, coverage, progression, conversion and quality across Market Units and demand sources.
• Build and maintain pipeline performance reports, identifying trends, gaps, risks, anomalies and opportunities.
• Provide actionable data-driven insights to the Regional Demand Manager.
• Support monthly demand reviews, strategic presentations and Demand Programs.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of recurring reports and analysis.
• Partner with Market Units, Demand Managers and PMOs to identify growth opportunities.
• Improve and automate reporting and analytics processes.
