Job summary

Dubai Future Foundation – DFAc seeks a Projects Executive to support end-to-end program delivery, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth participant experience. You will manage planning tasks, track branding needs, room setups, and delivery readiness for academy programs.

You will work with the Program and Project Manager, handle confidential information with care, and adapt quickly to new tools and processes. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of experience in project coordination, program operations, events, training delivery, or consulting support.
• Organised with strong written and verbal communication; able to write emails, meeting notes, and concise updates.

Responsibilities

• Support in maintaining workplans, timelines, and task trackers for assigned programs.
• Coordinate speaker scheduling and prepare briefing packs for sessions.
• Assist with venue details, room layout, and participant flow to ensure delivery readiness.
• Prepare participant communications including joining instructions and schedules.
• Contribute to end-of-program close-out reports with attendance metrics and feedback themes.
