Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 2 years of related experience.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support program and project planning from start to close‑out.
• Coordinate internal inputs, branding, room setup, and approvals.
• Keep naming and version control for program documents.
• Coordinate speaker scheduling and briefing packs.
• Assist with delivery readiness and on‑ground support.
• Prepare participant communications and track attendance.
