Job summary

Dubai Future Foundation's Dubai Future Academy seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the design, governance, and delivery of academy programs, translating strategic priorities into structured learning journeys and managing partners, stakeholders, risks, and outcomes across the full program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning and Development, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, executive education, capability building, or related areas.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder capacity-building programs end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery readiness across program phases, including participant selection, curriculum sequencing, and logistics.
• Lead delivery teams during live programs and maintain participant experience and delivery quality.
• Define governance, risk registers, and post-program close-out with clear actions and ownership.
• Prepare senior-level updates, briefing materials, and executive communications.
• Lead end-of-program reporting and translate data into practical improvements.
