Job summary

Delivery Associates in Abu Dhabi seeks a Delivery Leader to work with senior government officials, applying data-informed problem solving to improve public service delivery and outcomes for citizens and residents.

You will support our Abu Dhabi teams, manage stakeholder engagements, develop delivery plans, monitor implementation, and build capacity in delivery tools across regional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years experience in top consulting firms, governments and/or international organizations.
• Business-level English; Arabic proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise government agencies and ministries to develop delivery plans with clear strategies, targets, trajectories and action plans.
• Monitor the implementation of delivery plans, establishing routines and accountability mechanisms.
• Support problem-solving, learning and continuous improvement within projects.
• Engage in data collection and analytical processes, develop visualizations and storytelling to support senior decision-making.
• Build capacity with government leaders in delivery tools.
• Participate in meetings and trainings with government officials to discuss planning and implementation tools and methods.

Delivery Associates (DA) works with leaders in the public sector to solve problems build consensus and implement policy programs that impact millions of people around the world. We leverage our flagship delivery tools and methodology to help our partners deliver results. This role is an opportunity to learn and implement our methodology as a member of our MESA regional team.

As a Delivery Leader youll work with senior government officials to support better delivery of public services for the good of their citizens and residents. We are looking for someone to support our teams in Abu Dhabi bringing a sharp and data-informed analytical problem-solving skill set to support our clients. This may include working with clients to use data to formulate and test recommendations to improve senior level decision making facilitating problem solving and collaboration through action-oriented routines design and delivery of stakeholder projects and/or engagement with frontline services providers and end users to inform policy and program implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelors degree or above
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience working within top consulting firms governments and/or international organizations.
• Must have business-level proficiency in English and proficiency in Arabic preferred.
• Prior experience in a client-facing role in public sector contexts.
• Proficiency in project implementation or direct experience in delivering results.
