Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead student behaviour and discipline processes across the school.
• Oversee student wellbeing, pastoral care, and safeguarding initiatives.
• Monitor attendance, engagement, and attendance-related interventions.
• Coordinate with staff to implement effective student interventions and support plans.
• Act as a visible leadership presence, promoting inclusion and school culture.
