Job summary

Delivery Hero is seeking a Sr.AI Scientist on the global AI hub to advance our platform through reliable data-driven decisions. You will own domain-specific data and partner with product and business managers, building production ML and Gen AI systems and mentoring peers.

You will shape data logging, modeling, analysis, reporting and experiments while collaborating across teams to drive measurable business impact and improved user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, technology or similar fields.
• 3 years of experience in data science, ML and Gen AI.
• Experience in online consumer product data science is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving with a growth mindset.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ownership and accountability with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Leverage ambiguous business problems to drive objective criteria using data.
• Solve complex problems with simple, effective algorithms delivering business value.
• Design and deploy production ML and Gen AI systems.
• Develop deep understanding of product experiences and business processes.
• Document data sources and profiles; collaborate with engineers.
• Contribute to data model design to measure performance drivers.
• Work with product/business teams to frame questions that data can answer.
• Deliver insights and automated reports to support decisions.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B and multivariate).
• Support KPI design and goal setting with management.
• Mentor other data scientists in growth journeys.
• Improve tools, processes, and internal training programs.
