Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks an experienced operations leader to manage day-to-day data platform operations, drive incident management, and coordinate cross-functional teams across the enterprise. You will provide timely updates to stakeholders and guide improvements to runbooks and SOPs.

The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring service reliability and SLA adherence within a global Capgemini Invent context.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in operations, support or similar roles.
• Strong experience in incident management, escalation handling, and stakeholder communication.
• Good understanding of ITSM/ITIL practices, SLA management, and RCA processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and support for the data platform.
• Lead incident management activities, including triage, escalation, resolution tracking, and closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve complex platform and distributed system issues.
• Provide timely stakeholder updates, status reporting, and management communication.
• Support operational reporting on incidents, SLAs, risks, open issues, and service performance.
• Maintain and improve SOPs, runbooks, support documentation, and escalation processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and service reliability.
• Ensure strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through until issue closure
