Job summary

Amazon Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support analytics, BI and automation efforts. You will analyze business problems, draft root-cause solutions, and translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong data analysis skills, experience with Excel/SQL, and proficiency in Tableau or QuickSight, with a customer-focused mindset and eagerness to learn new analytics techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; BE preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Excel and SQL.
• Deadline-driven team player with strong customer focus.
• Strong analytical problem solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and QuickSight.
• Experience in data mining ETL and using databases with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development and maintenance of metrics, reports, analyses and dashboards to drive key business decisions.
• Validate data to ensure accuracy for new resources and reporting needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and automate or enhance existing processes.
• Propose innovative ideas to improve current work and identify new opportunities.
• Be open to learning and applying the latest technologies and analytical techniques.
