Job summary

Chempol Additives & Chemical Speciality Middle East in Dubai seeks an experienced Data Manager to organize, maintain, and analyze company data for timely reporting and business insights.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong Excel skills, and hands-on experience with data systems, including A1 Systems. Experience in the UAE/GCC market is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field or certification.
• Proven experience in data management/data administration.
• Hands-on familiarity with A1 Systems is mandatory.
• Strong Excel skills for data organization, formulas and PivotTables.
• Experience with databases and data-management systems.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data and meet deadlines.
• Previous UAE/GCC market experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company databases, records, and data systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and confidentiality.
• Handle data entry, validation, reconciliation, and regular updates.
• Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for management.
• Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Organize and maintain large data volumes efficiently.
• Coordinate with departments to verify and consolidate information.
• Maintain data-management documentation and procedures.
• Assist management with data analysis and insights for decisions.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports and data.
• Troubleshoot data issues and coordinate with technical teams as needed.
