Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company databases, records, and data systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and confidentiality.
• Handle data entry, validation, reconciliation, and regular updates.
• Generate and maintain accurate reports and dashboards for management.
• Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Organize and maintain large volumes of data in an efficient manner.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect, verify, and consolidate information.
• Maintain proper documentation and data-management procedures.
• Assist management with data analysis and insights for business decision-making.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports and data.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and coordinate with relevant technical teams when required.
