This involves the use of software tools to collect, organize and analyze the data. The Data Analyst will interact with various departments within the organization to ensure they have access to accurate information that helps them make informed decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collecting data from primary or secondary sources
• Analyzing data using tools such as Microsoft Excel
• Cleaning and formatting data
• Developing solutions to problems identified through analysis of the data
• Designing new processes for collecting and managing data
• Interacting with other departments within the organization to ensure that they have access to accurate information that helps them make informed decisions
• Presenting results of analysis in a clear manner (graphs, charts or tables) for easy comprehension by stakeholders
