Job summary

GEMS Metropole School is seeking a Data Assistant to drive data-informed decisions and support MIS management. You will work closely with leaders, teachers and support staff to collect, analyse and report on attainment and progress.

You will develop reports and dashboards, identify trends, and contribute to school improvement planning. Collaboration and accuracy are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a data assistant role.
• Experience with Nova-T6 (Essential).
• Experience with educational data including pastoral and academic data (Essential).
• Experience with Go4Schools (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support the data manager in planning, development, design, organisation and monitoring of the MIS.
• Liaise between leaders, teaching staff and support staff.
• Produce reports for Academic teams to analyse attainment and progress including report grades and public examinations.
• Use reports to spot trends in school data and conduct comparative analyses between schools.
