Deeplight is seeking a Data for AI Lead to ensure enterprise data foundations are designed for AI, ML, and analytics across major banking engagements in Dubai. You will bridge raw data assets to high-value AI capabilities and present to C-level stakeholders.

You will govern data usage, privacy, and regional regulations while enabling real-time telemetry for predictive analytics and AI agents. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology leadership with data/AI delivery.
• Experience leading data foundations or governance for AI/ML in consultancies or banks.
• Strong communication and executive storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit and define AI data readiness across banking platforms.
• Assess feasibility of Generative AI, RAG, and ML use cases.
• Define precise model data requirements and contracts.
• Embed governance for data usage, consent, and PDPL/Banking rules.
• Ensure real-time telemetry and data quality for AI pipelines.
• Challenge claims and timelines based on data readiness.
