Job summary

Al Marwan Group in Sharjah is seeking a Data Entry Operator to support workshop and service operations by maintaining accurate records for service jobs, equipment history, spare parts and operational reports.

The role requires coordinating with service engineers and administration to ensure data integrity, timely updates, and compliance with company procedures, helping improve efficiency and documentation control across service activities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Bachelors Degree (any discipline).
• Experience: 23 years experience in data entry or administrative support.
• Strong data entry and typing accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel Word and ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of workshop or service operations (preferred).
• Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in workshop service or heavy equipment industry preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Enter service job cards work orders time sheet and field service reports into ERP or maintenance systems.
• Update equipment history maintenance records and warranty information.
• Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies in records.
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain proper filing of digital and physical documents.
• Coordinate with service engineers supervisors and stores personnel.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Job Summary

The role involves coordinating with service engineers workshop supervisors and administration teams to ensure data integrity timely system updates and compliance with company procedures. The position plays a key role in improving operational efficiency reporting accuracy and documentation control across service and workshop activities.
