Gulf Processing Industries LLC (GPI) in Dubai seeks an MIS Data Entry Operator to join the production team at the DIP plant, reporting to the Plant Manager. You will be responsible for preparing MIS data for day-to-day operations using SAP and MS Office.

Day-to-day duties include collecting production records from the culinary, peanut, and plastic units, generating WIP, efficiency, yields and wastage reports, and circulating SAP-based metrics to management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with MS Office.
• 1-3 years hands on experience on ERP - SAP is Mandatory.
• Experience with MIS reporting or BOM reporting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collect information from records of the previous day across units (culinary, peanut, plastic) and prepare the MIS report (WIP, efficiency, yields, wastages).
• Ensure ERP/SAP data entry is performed and SAP reports are generated and circulated daily (MIS, man power, breakdowns, yields).
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management and assist in monthly performance reporting.
• Track and report KPIs – yield, OEE, labour efficiency.
• Daily/weekly/month-end stock verification and SAP hygiene; support operations with system verification.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Gulf Processing Industries LLC (GPI) is seeking MIS Data Entry Operator professionals to join our production team. This person will be working at DIP plant and reporting to the Plant Manager.

Profile & Scope:

The MIS Data Entry operator is Responsible for preparing the MIS Required for Day to day operations.

MIS Reporting & Documentation:

1. Collect all the Information thru records of Previous day of the culinary, Peanut, plastic Manufacturing Units Production as per customer ,Sku , Qty and prepare the report for previous day as per the Organisation MIS Report.(Wip Report, efficiency , yields wastages )

2. Ensure ERP/SAP Data entry is done from time to time and ensure SAP reports are generated ,circulated day to day basis.(MIS, Man power , Break downs yield etc)

3. All the MIS reports to be generated on daily basis and share to Management, Daily reports, weekly and Monthly reports to be made as per requirement.

4. Supports the Plant manager for all the MIS. In Preparing the Monthly Reports on the performance.

5. Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – yield, OEE, labour efficiency.

6. Daily/weekly/Month end Physical verification of stocks and Maintain Hygiene of SAP system. System verification of Stocks and Support the process in all the Operations.

7. Other Specific jobs refer to above activities based on the Need as instructed by Reporting supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile
