Keyper is seeking a seasoned Portfolio Manager to lead a high-value landlord and investor portfolio. You will advise on asset optimization, use data-driven insights, and promote the Keyper app as the core platform.

The role combines consultative selling, financial planning, and cross-functional collaboration with product and tech teams to deliver measurable returns and outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment advisory, portfolio management, or property management.
• Strong data-driven approach with forecasting and investment analysis expertise.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Excel, and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Advise landlords and investors on maximizing property returns through rental yield optimization and market trends.
• Develop financial models and projections to illustrate revenue, expenses, and ROI.
• Retain clients, upsell and cross-sell services via the Keyper ecosystem.
• Conduct regular portfolio performance reviews and propose strategic improvements.
• Educate on property value appreciation, tenant retention, and market conditions.
• Coordinate with property management teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
• Stay ahead of real estate market trends and regulatory changes.
