YipitData, a leading market research and analytics firm, seeks a data analyst/scientist to evaluate third-party datasets, define metrics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. You will work with AI tools and LLMs to enhance research and productivity across cross-functional teams.

You will analyze large datasets, build analytical frameworks, and contribute to new products and data-driven initiatives while collaborating with engineering, partnerships, product, and business teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Strong SQL and/or PySpark skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and modern data platforms like Databricks.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses.
• Proficiency using AI tools and LLMs to improve efficiency.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and build upon third-party datasets to assess quality, value, and potential use cases.
• Define key questions, success metrics, and analytical frameworks for open-ended projects.
• Conduct quantitative analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
