What will you do
- Own technical execution for electrical systems projects spanning HV, MV, and LV power networks
- Design comprehensive power system architectures integrating generation, storage, conversion, and distribution components
- Lead technical teams through all project phases including design, supplier management, implementation, and testing
- Assess and manage technical risks while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders and leadership
What are the key skills we are looking for
- Problem Solving advanced level resolving complex technical challenges across electrical system integration and delivery
- Electrical Distribution Systems intermediate level designing and implementing reliable power networks for diverse market segments
- Technical Solution Design intermediate level translating customer requirements into optimized electrical architectures
- Project Management developing level coordinating technical activities from tendering through project closure
- Power Systems Design developing level architecting AC, DC, and hybrid electrical systems with behavioral analysis
- Requirements Analysis intermediate level capturing customer needs and defining implementable technical solutions
- Power-System Protection intermediate level ensuring safety and reliability across electrical network assets
- Risk Assessment intermediate level identifying technical risks and developing mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycle

About You
- Education University Msc Bsc Electrical Engineering Degree
- Language requirements Fluent in English
- Experienced in Data Centers
- Experience 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills requirements High level of organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including customer-facing and convincing Ability to influence stakeholders on the correct project technical strategy Ability to learn from others, share your knowledge, coach others and collaboration.
