Job summary

NES Fircroft invites applications for a Site Resident Engineer in Abu Dhabi, UAE, overseeing ICT, ELV and Security installations on site for data center projects.

You will review shop drawings and submittals, conduct site inspections, witness testing and handover, and coordinate with clients, contractors and the design team.

The role requires 7–8+ years of site experience with ICT/ELV/Security systems and strong knowledge of structured cabling, fibre, CCTV, access control and PA systems.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years of site experience in ICT/ELV or Security systems.
• Strong knowledge of Structured Cabling, Fiber, CCTV, Access Control and PA Systems.
• Experience in large-scale commercial, infrastructure or data center projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ICT, ELV, and Security system installations on site.
• Review shop drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Witness testing, commissioning, and system handover activities.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and RED's design team.
• Monitor quality, documentation, defects, and project progress.
