Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager - Data Center to lead the sale of data center solutions across the UAE, guiding strategy, business development and team performance.

You will build strong customer relationships, monitor market trends, and position offerings to optimise margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires 12–15 years in data center sales or related fields, with proven leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, CS, or related field).
• 12–15 years of experience in sales and business development in data center sector.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure (cooling, power, UPS, networks).
• Experience with negotiations and complex deal closures.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans and budgets for the financial year.
• Lead a team of sales professionals and manage performance.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports on progress toward sales plans.
