Job summary

Damac Properties seeks an experienced Electrical & ELV Design Engineer for Data Center projects in Abu Dhabi. You will lead electrical design efforts, review submissions, and mentor engineers to meet deadlines and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical/ELV design, proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, ETAP/AMTECH, and strong analytical skills, with willingness to travel for site inspections and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
5+ years in electrical/ELV design and engineering for data centers or critical facilities.
Experience with electrical design, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access control, EPMS, Building Automation.
Proficient with AutoCAD/Revit and MS Office.
Ability to travel for site inspections and testing/commissioning.

Responsibilities

Lead detailed design of Electrical & ELV systems while complying with guidelines and codes.
Collaborate with engineering/project teams on designs, bids, scope, budget, and schedule.
Manage a team of engineers to deliver projects and meet deadlines.
Mentor junior engineers and share design guidelines and best practices.
Prepare concept designs and perform design option analyses with project teams.
Conduct detailed engineering calculations and reviews.
