Job summary

DAMAC Digital is seeking an experienced Data Center Draughtsman with a background in Electrical or Mechanical design to join our Data Center Design team in Dubai.

You will prepare high-quality drawings and documentation, produce layouts and plans, and ensure compliance with project standards and specifications across data center projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks, plus strong knowledge of building services drawings, is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience as Electrical or Mechanical Draughtsman, preferably in Data Centers/MEP.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and related drafting software.
• Good understanding of building services drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality Electrical or Mechanical Data Center drawings and documentation in line with our design standards.
• Produce design layouts, plans, and technical documentation in accordance with the approved design programme.
• Apply standardized Data Center design procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
• Coordinate with internal design teams and stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and cost estimates.
• Maintain accurate project information within the project management system to support effective communication and reporting.
