Job summary

DAMAC Digital is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to ensure the design, specification, implementation, and performance of Electrical and ELV systems in data centre projects. You will oversee planning, coordination, and optimization across the project lifecycle.

You will lead a team of engineers, mentor juniors, and collaborate with engineering and project teams on designs, bids, and testing, ensuring compliance with international codes and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; master's preferred.
• 8+ years in Electrical & ELV design for data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Proficient with AutoCAD/Revit, MS Office; knowledge of ETAP/AMTECH or Dialux is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the detailed design of Electrical & ELV systems in line with design guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with engineering/project teams on designs, submissions, scope, budget and schedule.
• Lead a team of engineers to deliver projects and meet deadlines.
• Mentor junior engineers on design standards and best practices.
