Job summary

Adecco is partnering with an international organisation to recruit a hands-on IT champion to drive enterprise systems, technology operations and digital transformation.

You will lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, optimisation and ongoing management, oversee integrations with e-commerce platforms, warehouse systems and 3PL providers, and improve processes across inventory, purchasing, order management, fulfilment and finance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proven IT leadership across multiple entities or international operations.
• Experience with Shopify, WMS, EDI and 3PL integrations.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows and integration troubleshooting.
• Experience in retail, wholesale, distribution or e-commerce.
• Ability to combine strategic planning with practical delivery and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, optimisation and ongoing management.
• Oversee integrations with e-commerce platforms, warehouse systems and third‑party logistics providers.
• Improve processes across inventory, purchasing, order management, fulfilment and finance.
• Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business continuity and user support.
• Own IT projects, budgets, vendors and implementation partners.
