Job summary

EY is seeking Cyber Security Consultants to lead strategic initiatives across the CS Priorities portfolio, working with leadership and diverse teams across EY. The role emphasizes planning, design, and deployment of complex programs with a focus on delivering measurable value.

You will build relationships with senior stakeholders, analyze KPIs, and drive execution plans while coordinating with multiple service lines, IT, risk, and finance. Travel across MENA/GCC offices is expected.

Qualifications

• MBA or cybersecurity-related advanced degree from a top institution.
• 3+ years for Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager track; longer for Manager levels.
• Certification in CISA, CISM, CRISC, NIST, CISSP or equivalent is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large strategic initiatives under CS Priorities with leadership stakeholders.
• Build high-impact relationships with EY decision-makers and user stakeholders.
