Job summary

EY-Parthenon Strategy in the UAE seeks ambitious professionals to join the Government & Energy/Sustainability teams in the MENA region at Consultant level. You will deliver strategy-focused engagements, shaping roadmaps, market entry and growth initiatives, with mentoring and formal learning.

You’ll work with global corporates and public entities, translating client needs into actionable plans while collaborating with senior leaders across projects. Travel within MENA may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-ranking university; MBA or Masters is a plus.
• At least 3 years of work experience, ideally in consulting or strategy.
• Excellent English and Arabic language skills in a professional environment.
