Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior cybersecurity architect to lead security architecture across banking platforms, cloud workloads on Azure and AWS, and hybrid environments.

You will drive zero trust, IAM/PAM, EDR/XDR, WAF, and vulnerability management, while ensuring compliance with UAE standards. Strong emphasis on secure coding, CI/CD security, and threat hunting. UAE banking familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or an equivalent discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with banking/financial services exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Security Architecture Engineering across the bank's estate, including core banking, payment systems and cloud workloads.
• Drive zero trust and network segmentation across data centres, branches, cloud and third-party connections.
• Define and assure identity controls, IAM and PAM across enterprise IT and business apps.
• Engineer and tune EDR/XDR, WAF, DLP and email/security controls.
• Advise on encryption standards, HSM and key management; DevSecOps security.
• Embed SAST/DAST/SCA in CI/CD with gates and triage workflows.
• Ensure apps and APIs are assessed against OWASP Top 10 and OWASP API Security Top 10.
• Perform secure code reviews for high-risk changes; define baselines for microservices, containers, Kubernetes.
