Job summary

CPX in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior cybersecurity advisor and client success lead to drive value realization for a portfolio of managed security services clients. You will bridge client stakeholders and MSSP delivery teams to ensure service performance aligns with objectives and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity experience including managed security services.
• Strong knowledge of MSSP operations, SOC, MDR, SIEM and incident response.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client relationships with security leaders and sponsors.
• Lead governance reviews, KPI reporting and service improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical advisory across SOC, SIEM, MDR, EDR/XDR and threat intel.
• Act as escalation point for complex client service issues and incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets client objectives.
• Mentor team members and contribute to capability development within Client Success.
