Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT/cybersecurity experience, including architecture and security engineering.
• Proven experience as Lead Security Architect or equivalent.
• Experience leading security architecture for large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge across network, cloud, infrastructure, IAM, data, and monitoring.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end cybersecurity architecture across the program.
• Define the cybersecurity target architecture, roadmap, principles, standards, patterns, and security design requirements.
• Establish and enforce security-by-design and zero-trust principles throughout the technology lifecycle.
• Translate business, technical, security, and risk requirements into scalable security architectures.
• Provide senior technical direction for complex cybersecurity design decisions.
• Lead cybersecurity architecture and engineering activities across multiple workstreams.
• Define engineering standards and technical requirements for security technologies and controls.
• Review security configurations, implementation designs, and engineering approaches.
• Ensure security architecture requirements are correctly translated into deployable technical controls.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex security architecture and engineering issues.
• Establish and lead cybersecurity architecture governance and design assurance processes.
• Review and approve security architecture and technical designs.
• Participate in Architecture Review Boards and design authorities.
• Identify gaps, risks, and remediation for security architecture.
• Define remediation requirements and track issues to resolution.
• Define IAM architecture requirements and governance across SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC/ABAC, federation, directory services, and lifecycle management.
• Define security requirements across cloud, hybrid infrastructure, networks, compute, storage, and platform services.
• Embed security requirements in application and software architecture, including APIs, middleware, and microservices.
• Define security requirements for data protection, encryption, and key management.
• Provide architectural guidance for security monitoring, logging, and detection platforms.
