Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering.
• 10+ years of IT/cybersecurity experience in or related to security operations.
• Proven experience as Security Delivery Lead or equivalent in SOC/MDR environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity operational services.
• Coordinate delivery across SOC/MDR teams, infrastructure, applications, vendors and partners.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards are met.
• Oversee MDR services, security monitoring, incident response and threat management.
• Drive continuous improvement of detection and response capabilities.
