Job summary

Marsh McLennan in Dubai seeks a Cyber Insurance Associate for Marsh Specialties (Cyber) to serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering tailored cyber insurance solutions and guiding risk management discussions. You will manage onboarding, client communications, and cross-functional collaboration across Marsh Specialties in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Finance Risk Management or a related field.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the UAE insurance market and regulatory environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for day-to-day client communication and ensure efficient information flow.
• Address client concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to senior colleagues as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with clients, internal teams, prospects and UAE onshore markets.
• Develop expertise in Cyber Insurance to advise corporate and risk management teams and articulate Marsh capabilities and value proposition.
• Collaborate with the DIFC-based Cyber team to align client requirements with commercial context.
• Work with Sales and Client Executives to present insurance terms and solutions.
• Manage client onboarding and engagement throughout cyber insurance programs lifecycles.
• Organize internal workshops and external client events to raise awareness of Marsh Cyber Insurance Solutions.
• Lead strategic initiatives tailored to the Corporate segment and coach team members on handling leads.
