du is seeking a Senior Training Manager to lead end-to-end training programs in the UAE. You will drive customer experience improvements by aligning training with marketing and sales, coaching cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable NPS outcomes.

The role requires a strong telecom background, leadership in training management, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. On-site in Dubai, with a focus on MELE markets.

Competenze

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Training Management post (including at least 2 years as Sales Training Manager).
• Excellent understanding of Telecommunications is preferred.
• Bachelor degree in telecom engineering, business, marketing or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.

• Track and improve customer experiences across online and offline channels.
