Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused WhatsApp Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client interactions primarily via WhatsApp, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication at all times. You will also support other digital communication channels as needed, contributing to a seamless and positive customer experience.

  • Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, services, and general queries.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing WhatsApp broadcast messages and customer updates.
  • Ensure consistent tone and adherence to brand communication guidelines.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in chat or messaging-based roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, or customer support platforms is preferred.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
