Taj Alfahidi Technology Services LLC in Dubai is seeking a Customer Support Executive who thrives in a customer-focused environment and communicates clearly in Hindi and English, plus another South Indian language.

In this role you will make outbound calls, handle inbound queries, explain products clearly, maintain records, and achieve daily targets while delivering excellent service in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of Customer Support Executive or customer service experience.
• Fluent in Hindi and English and one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Job Summary
