Job Details

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and shipping.
• Handle complaints with professionalism and provide effective solutions.
• Support order management including placements, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collect and accelerate customer feedback to relevant departments for improvement.
