The company in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle orders, shipments and after-sales support for medical devices. This role requires UAE national eligibility due to nationalization requirements and a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with logistics, maintaining customer records, processing returns and resolving inquiries, with strong emphasis on accuracy and timely communication using SAP, Excel, and Outlook.

Formación

• Nationalization requirement: UAE nationals only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Customer Service.
• Experience with order management, logistics or after-sales support.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Available for face-to-face interviews at the location.
