Job summary

K plus S Middle East FZE, located in Dubai, seeks a Customer Service Representative to support international fertilizer trading. You will manage invoicing, documentation, and shipment follow-up while delivering excellent service and efficient trade operations.

The role requires 1–3 years in related fields, strong English communication, and proficiency in ERP and MS Office. You will interact with suppliers, banks and logistics partners in a fast-paced, globally oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or Finance)
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, shipping, documentation or international trade
• Experience with export documentation and Incoterms is advantageous
• Knowledge of trade finance instruments such as Letters of Credit and CAD is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work in an international and fast-paced trading environment
