Job summary

K+S Group in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support international fertilizer trading. You will handle invoicing, documentation, shipment follow-up and trade finance processes while delivering excellent service.

You will coordinate with suppliers, banks and internal teams, ensure compliance with export documents and Incoterms, and contribute to month-end reporting in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, shipping, documentation or international trade.
• Experience with export documentation and Incoterms is advantageous.
• Knowledge of trade finance instruments such as Letters of Credit and CAD is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in an international and fast-paced trading environment.
