Job summary

K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our international fertilizer trading activities. You will coordinate documentation, invoicing, shipment follow-up and trade finance processes while ensuring excellent customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, shipping, documentation or international trade
• Experience with export documentation and Incoterms is advantageous
• Knowledge of trade finance instruments such as Letters of Credit and CAD is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work in an international and fast-paced trading environment
