Job summary

Pact Employment Services is recruiting for a Dubai-based customer service role within the banking/finance sector. You will be the first point of contact, educating customers on digital banking services and smart kiosks while handling inquiries with professionalism.

The position requires a minimum 2 years of customer service, Arabic and English proficiency, and a flexible 6-hour shift schedule. Female candidates aged 35 or below are preferred, with a bachelor degree as a must.

• Industry: Banking/Finance preferred or Hospitality, Real-Estate, Airline.
• Candidates based in Dubai, Sharjah, or Ajman.
• Female candidates required.

• Arabic speaker with excellent English.
• Age 35 years or below.
• Flexible to work in either shifts (6 hours per day).
