Charterhouse is working with a leading multinational food manufacturing FMCG company to hire a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist. You will support the business by maintaining customer management, handling complaints, managing orders and end-to-end logistics.

You will ensure product availability, communicate demand and inventory needs, and support sales, marketing and finance across the GCC region.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in a similar customer service/logistics or supply chain role within a multinational company.
• CIPS qualification preferred and SAP experience must be demonstrated.
• Experience supporting sales, marketing and finance across multiple categories in GCC.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain strong customer relationships and manage complaints and order fulfilment.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations and product availability.
• Communicate customer demand and inventory requirements to supply chain partners.
• Support cross-functional activities with sales, marketing and finance in GCC.
