Overview

Customer Service Export, MENA Job vacancy in Dubai UAE. Boston Scientific's crossbreed work environment consists of remote and onsite duties. Remote Eligible: Hybrid. Onsite Location(s): Dubai, AE. Job Place: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Objective Declaration

Functions according to Local Sales methods to support success of sales growth to strategy. Concentrate on customer assistance, order handling, complaint handling and help the sales pressure wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders being available in using fax, e-mail or telephone as well as for customers according to specific requirements, including bundling & consignment orders, at no cost distributions, returns etc.
• Monitor the complete distribution procedures (e.g. Circulation Facility and/or carrier).
• Set up special shipments on demand.
• Control and send invoices.
• File purchasing documents and related documents.
• Deal with service complaints from customers and/or sales agents.
• React to questions from sales representatives, pharmacologists, registered nurses and/or doctors regarding orders, distributions, item schedule etc.
• Take care of backorders.
