Job description

Gulf Processing Industries LLC GPI is seeking a professional Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The CS will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager and play a critical role in driving excellent Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete order processing to dispatch process and service GPI customers at a level of quality above expectations and ensure that GPI services and relations with external and internal customers are at the highest level of quality and efficiency.
• Ensure sales order process for customers and also from specific market to market.
• Ensure customer orders are processed efficiently, respond to customer enquiries and requests promptly.
• Manage systematic approach to capture, evaluate and report issues/opportunities brought forward by customers, e.g., periodic surveys measuring KPIs, OTIF.
• Ensure sufficient quality information is provided to customers through periodic reports in 100% compliance with Supply Chain Ensurement.
• Ensure 100% compliance with legal legislations and documentation requirements.
• Maintain Monthly/Weekly Order to Shipment sheet.
• Monitor KPIs: CFR, OTIF, Stock Ensurement, DSO, Invoice accuracy, Delivery turn over time.
