Job summary

Careers at UAE in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join the service team. You will schedule appointments, assist service advisors, greet customers at reception, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will inspect vehicles, fill checklists, and support clerical tasks to help the team serve more customers efficiently. English communication is essential, with Arabic as a plus, and a smart, professional appearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze data and prepare daily operational control reports.
• 2–3 years of experience in the automotive service department.
• Experience with ERP systems or Autoline (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language a plus).

Responsibilities

• Schedule customers’ service appointments and share with service advisors.
• Attend customers upon arrival to reception and greet them warmly.
• Inspect customers’ vehicles and fill the check list with remarks signed by the customer.
• Perform clerical tasks to support service advisors and improve efficiency.
• Attend service advisors’ training programs to upgrade skills.
• Act as service advisor when reception staffing is short.

Job Description

• Schedules customers’ service appointments requests & share with service advisors for effective & efficient customer service.
• Attends customers’ upon arrival to reception area & greet them with a smile as a part of customer care steps.
• Inspect customers’ vehicles (scratches, dents or any remarks) in their attendance to fill the check list sheet, which in turn, shall be acknowledged & signed by the customer.
• Performs some service advisors’ clerical works to utilize their time serving more customers the best way.
• Attends Service Advisors’ training programs to improve skills & competencies.
• Acts as a service advisor whenever shortfall takes place at reception.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
