Job summary

Alabbar Enterprises is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our UAE retail team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, handling stock duties, and supporting merchandising and administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, 1–2 years in chocolate/food retail or F&B, and strong English communication skills. A dynamic team, growth opportunities, and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Chocolate, Food Retail or Food & Beverage preferred.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer service, including gift wrapping and aftersales support.
• Greet customers promptly and follow customer service standards.
• Guide customers and assist them throughout the store as requested.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products and solutions.
• Operate as a cashier with accurate money handling and POS use.
• Keep shop floor clean, tidy, and well-stocked, with products attractively displayed.
• Assist with stock deliveries, shelf stocking, and inventory checks.

• Ensuretokeeptheshopfloorcleanandtidy.Aswellastidyingup,you’llberestockinggoodswhenthey’resellingout,andensuringthey’reattractivelydisplayedasperbrandguidance,particularlyifit’sinasaleoronoffer.
• Worktowardsreducingincidenceoftheft,shoplifting,andalertmanagerinanycaseofsuch.
• EnsureGroomingstandardsguidelinesfollowedasperbrandstandards.
• Ensuretomeethigh-levelofAttendanceandPunctuality.
• ReceivingandstoringthedeliveryoflargeamountsofstockReportingdiscrepanciesandproblemstothesupervisor,stockingshelveswithmerchandise,checkstockdailytoensurethatallproductsareadequatelystockedandavailableforcustomers.
• Thisincludesunloadingandmovementofmaterialfromthegoodscarriertothebackstoreandfromthebackstoretotheshop.Ifstockisnotcurrentlyavailableoffertoputthecustomer’snameonthewishlist,callthemwhenstockarrives.
• Maintainacleanandwell-organizedback-stockareaincludingstaffbreakarea.
• FollowsFIFO(FirstInFirstOut)allthetime.

JobRequirements:

• HighSchoolDiplomaorequivalent.
• 1-2yearsofexperienceinChocolate,FoodRetailorFood&Beverageindustry.
• 1-2yearsofexperienceinasimilarrole.
• FluencyinEnglish.
