Qualifikationen

• Hold a High School degree.
• Have 2+ years of Customer Service or Contact Centre experience.
• Possess knowledge of back office/contact centre and airline industry procedures and methodology.
• Have excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal with strong customer service.
• Be able to work in a busy environment.
• Be proficient in using Windows applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Purpose

We are looking for supply chain and logistics professionals ready to support Emirates SkyCargo as our organisation continuously increases it's cargo capacity and develops specialised products to meet the growing needs of customers.

As a Customer Sales and Service consultant in the SkyCargo team, you will provide exceptional service to Emirates customers by promoting and selling Emirates products and services, with a strong focus on enhancing the customer experience while driving sustainable revenue growth.

In This Role, You Will
