Job summary

Emirates SkyCargo in Dubai is seeking a Customer Sales and Service consultant to support Emirates customers by promoting products and services, delivering exceptional information, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

You will upsell, cross-sell, handle inquiries across channels, comply with policies, and stay up-to-date on Emirates products and systems.

Qualifications

• High School degree.
• 2 years of Customer Service or Contact Centre experience.
• Knowledge of back office contact centre and airline industry procedures and methodology.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal with strong customer service.
• Be able to work in a busy environment.
• Be proficient in using Windows applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
