Job summary

EAULA WATER in Dubai is seeking an energetic Customer Renewals Executive to contact existing customers, remind them of annual maintenance due, explain filter replacements, and help them complete their renewals.

You will make high-volume calls by phone and WhatsApp, build friendly relationships, keep accurate records, coordinate with operations to schedule appointments, and aim to meet monthly renewal targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or customer retention.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Ability to persuade customers without being pushy.
• Excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with targets and high-volume calls.

Eaula is looking for an energetic and personable Customer Renewals Executive to join our team in Dubai.

The primary responsibility of this role is to contact our existing customers, remind them when their annual water filtration maintenance is due, explain the importance of replacing their filters, and help them complete their renewal.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers by phone and WhatsApp regarding their upcoming or overdue annual maintenance renewal
• Explain our filter replacement and maintenance services clearly and confidently
• Follow up with customers and convert renewal opportunities into confirmed bookings
• Build positive relationships and provide a friendly, professional customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback and renewal status
• Coordinate with the operations team to schedule confirmed maintenance appointments
• Meet monthly renewal and customer retention targets

What We're Looking For

• A pleasant, confident and energetic personality
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or customer retention
• A natural ability to persuade customers without being overly pushy
• Good follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with targets and making a high volume of daily calls
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage
